The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival reschedules for October 17 and 18

By  |

The premier arts event in The Woodlands, The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, is a popular springtime tradition, is now celebrating its 15th anniversary, on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2020 along The Woodlands Waterway and in Town Green Park.

“Every year The Woodlands Arts Council along with hundreds of dedicated volunteers, transforms The Woodlands Waterway into an outdoor art gallery, featuring the original works of over 200 juried fine artists from around the country,” said Jenny Carattini-Wright, The Woodlands Arts Council Executive Director. “This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have postponed the Festival to the Fall. The artists make their living going from festival to festival and they have been hit hard with the current situation. We care deeply for their safety and safety of our volunteers and patrons.  Ultimately, the Festival is committed to continuing to embrace Spring by enriching, unifying and supporting our community. We are looking at ways we to do that over the coming weeks.”

For Festival and Art Dash Party ticket holders, The Woodlands Arts Council will honor and reissue your electronic tickets for the new weekend dates in the upcoming weeks. Online ticket sales will be available soon!
