Texas Torque to host Robotics Remix Competition

Texas Torque 1477 FIRST, For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, Robotics is hosting their annual Remix competition on Saturday, November 11 at The Woodlands College Park High School from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This action-packed event is free, open to the public, and showcases the team’s community involvement in STEM education. The competition will be held in the gyms across from new the state-of-the-art Conroe ISD robotics lab, which will be open for tours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

30 teams from Texas, Louisiana, and Mexico will form alliances to compete with robots that shoot balls, collect and elevate gears, and climb a rope to earn points.
