The yearly spring awards ceremony acknowledged those who have shown exceptional and outstanding merits. Sheriff Henderson recognized 18 promotions which took place between November 2018 and the date of the ceremony as well as those who have reached years of services milestones with the Sheriff’s Office. Among these were four employees receiving their 30 year service pins, 10 employees receiving 25 year pins, 11 receiving 20 year pins, and more than 80 employees receiving recognition for 5 to 15 years of service.

The vision of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is to serve as a role model for the public safety services with a mission to provide professional detention and law enforcement service to the community through meaningful partnerships to enhance the quality of life for our citizens, businesses and visitors through efficient and innovative public safety practices. Along with these ideas includes their four guiding principles, Professional, Accountable, Compassionate, and Trusted, and represent their “P.A.C.T.” with the community.

Each individual was thoroughly reviewed and carefully chosen to be honored and recognized to safeguard the community’s trust though the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office standards by Sheriff Rand Henderson. at the ceremony.
