Sheriff Seeks Those Responsible for Felony Criminal Mischief at Park

In the morning hours of May 28, 2020, a resident walking her dog near the Jacobs Reserve Pool and Park located at 6001 Jacobs Reserve Blvd, Conroe, Texas observed graffiti spray painted on the concrete, picnic benches, and ceiling of the pavilion and picnic area. The graffiti contained racial slurs, obscene language, and graphic images. Security video showed that at approximately 12:30 a.m. on May 28, 2020, four individuals approached the area, and spent approximately twenty minutes under the pavilion. All four individuals then jumped the gate and entered the pool area before exiting at approximately 12:50 a.m. View the photo below taken from the video.

Sheriff Seeks Those Responsible for Felony Criminal Mischief at Park

The damages are estimated to be in excess of $3,000.00 dollars, making the “Criminal Mischief” charge a felony.
