By  |

On December 21, 2017, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Wal-Mart located at 3040 College Park Drive, Conroe, Texas in reference to a shoplifter. While in route, Deputies learned that the suspect had attempted to conceal store merchandise in his pants. As Deputies were arriving, the suspect removed the items from his pants and placed the items back on the store shelf. Wal-Mart personnel advised Deputies that they did not want the male on their property and wanted a trespass warning issued.

Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office detained the male and attempted to identify him. During their interview, the Deputies discovered that the male was being untruthful about his identity. The male gave several names, but ultimately told Deputies that his name was Christopher Bell.

Deputies placed the male under arrest for fail to identify as he had provided several fictitious names during their investigation. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail for booking.
