Sheriff Investigating Homicide on Rose Road
On November 3, 2019 at approximately 7:30 a.m. the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 12900 block of Rose Road in Conroe, Texas in reference to deceased female. The female was found laying nude on the ground in the entranceway to a private property. Upon deputy’s arrival it was suspected foul play may have been involved and the Homicide/Violent Crimes Unit was called to the scene to continue the investigation. The victim has been identified as Leah Vaughn, a 50-year-old white female from Coldspring, Texas.
This is an active investigation and the cause and manner of death is still under investigation at this time pending results from a forensic examination and toxicology report.
