Sheriff Investigates Fatal Shooting at Local Taco Stand

On February 16, at 10:23 a.m. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call for a shooting in the 21120 block of Highway 105 East. Initial reports are that a male was involved in a disturbance with the owner of a taco stand and was shot. The owner of the taco stand called 911 immediately after the shooting to request help.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies, Detectives in the Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit along with Crime Scene Investigators are still investigating the incident, and no further details are available at this time.
