A Pet-riotic Day Out to support Local Animal Rescues

The community came out on a beautiful Saturday with their four-legged family members for Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands “Pet-riotic Day Out” on July 1, 2017.

The event benefitted three local animal rescue groups: Montgomery County Animal Shelter, Westie & Scottie Rescue of Houston, and Houston Animal Rescue Team. Photo opportunities with a glamorous “Aunt Samantha,” a.k.a. Jenny Kelley in a sequined patriotic Uncle Sam inspired costume, were available for a $10 donation that went to support the three groups and causes.

Families had the chance to enjoy treats (for humans and fur babies), listen to music from WoodlandsHits.com, visit booths from local pet-related vendors and businesses, watch a performance by The Woodlands High School cheerleaders, and adopt a new “furever” friend.
