By  |

It will be an evening of mystery and suspense at Bond & Beyond as the Houston Symphony celebrates the famed 007 agent on The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s Main Stage Thursday, April 27 at 8:00 p.m. The evening is sponsored by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

Some of the films’ most iconic scores will be performed, from the blazing drama of John Barry’s unforgettable theme, to the epic Academy Award Winning “Skyfall” by Adele. As the evening concludes, Michael Krajewski will take his final Pavilion bow as the Houston Symphony’s Principal POPS Conductor after 17 seasons.

Tickets are $20 for orchestra seating. Mezzanine and lawn seating are free; tickets are not required for free seating. Pre-concert activities begin at 7:00 p.m. in the North Plaza. Activities include The Pavilion Partners arts & crafts booth and Instrument Petting Zoo as well as activities by Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands, Woodforest National Bank, Fogo de Chao and Century 21. At all performing arts shows, guests are welcome to bring a picnic from home or their favorite restaurant to enjoy in their seat or on the lawn. Keep in mind however, that beverages are not allowed to be brought into The Pavilion. Lawn chairs are also provided free for this event.

Tickets for on-site parking can be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com and The Pavilion Box Office. Guests also may park in any of the five free parking lots on the southwest side of The Pavilion. The free, color-coded lots are connected to The Pavilion by corresponding pathways with signs leading across The Waterway.
