New retail center “Lake Woodlands Crossing” in Town Center

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation recently broke ground on Lake Woodlands Crossing, a 62,565-square-foot retail center in The Woodlands Town Center, with approximately 65% of the center preleased. Lake Woodlands Crossing is located at the northeast intersection of Lake Woodlands Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road.

Ulta Beauty, Stickhouse and Main Squeeze Juice Company are the first tenants announced in Lake Woodlands Crossing. Beauty store Ulta Beauty will serve as the anchor tenant along with an additional 25,000-square-foot retailer to be announced at a future date. Ulta Beauty, which will relocate from its current location in The Woodlands Town Center, will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet. Stickhouse, which offers handcrafted gelato on a stick, will make its debut into both the Houston and Texas markets with approximately 1,875 square feet of space in Lake Woodlands Crossing. Louisiana-based, Main Squeeze Juice Company, a smoothie and juice bar, will open its second location in the Houston area, occupying 1,500 square feet in the new center.

“The Howard Hughes Corporation is excited to announce its newest retail center, Lake Woodlands Crossing, which will be a convenient location for shopping and dining in a prominent retail corridor within the heart of The Woodlands Town Center,” said Rip Reynolds, Vice President of Retail and Commercial Land for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “As leasing opportunities continue to prevail in Lake Woodlands Crossing, we are committed to bringing in a variety of retailers, service providers and a casual dining experience.”

CDA Architects is designing Lake Woodlands Crossing. Arch-Con Construction is the General Contractor. Completion of Lake Woodlands Crossing is slated for late 2018.
