National Merit Scholarship Names 12 Cooper Seniors Commended Students

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The National Merit Scholarship Corporation has recognized 12 students from The John Cooper School Class of 2020 as Commended Students in the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program. Approximately 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise.

Twelve students from The John Cooper School Class of 2020 were recognized Commended Students in the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program for showing exceptional academic promise. Seniors Logan Bell, Pranik Chainani, Paige Cromley, Brooke DeMarco, Quinlin Dixon-Lim, Cadan Hanson, Jared Ramirez, Jackson Reid, Jane Ritch, Avery Schlichter, Christopher Seymour and Rishi Wahi were sent a Letter of Commendation and named Commended Students in the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program. Commended Students are recognized for their exceptional academic promise based on results of taking the 2018 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
