Killen’s Steakhouse now open
Killen’s Steakhouse opened for its first day of service on Friday, April 26 at 1700 Research Forest Drive in Shenandoah, previously Bob’s Steak & Chop House.
Executive Chef Ron Killen returned to his home town after training at Le Cordon Bleu and honing his culinary skills throughout the U.S. to open Killen’s Steakhouse’s first location in Pearland, Texas. Killen’s steakhouse is a family owned steakhouse that serves the highest quality steak and Gulf Coast seafood. From USDA Prime Beef to Japanese Wagyu and everything in between Killen’s steakhouse has been one of Houston’s Premier dining destinations for more than a decade.
Since its inception in 2006, Killen’s Steakhouse has gained numerous awards and achieved resounding praise from restaurant and food critics nationwide. It has been named one of the “Best Steaks in the U.S.” by Food & Wine Magazine, one of “Texas’ Best Steakhouses” by Texas Monthly magazine and “Houston’s Best Steakhouse” by both the Houston Chronicle and the Houston Press. In 2008, Killen’s Crème Brûlée Bread Pudding was named one of the “Top Ten Dishes” in the country by Food and Wine magazine.
“The Killen’s team is thrilled to open a second location of its flagship restaurant in North Houston, where it looks forward to providing exemplary dining experiences to the surrounding community.”
