Moondust and Meteors Gala features out-of-this-world experience

By  |

On Saturday, March 2, The John Cooper School board members, staff, teachers, parents, and members of the community joined together for an evening among the stars at the 30th Annual John Cooper School’s Gala. The grand event had the theme of “Moondust and Meteors” at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

Co-chaired by Ally Seder and Karen Shea, the out-of-this-world experience included a cocktail reception, big board and live auctions, dinner, and dancing among the stars. Guests also could enjoy an NASA Rover virtual reality experience and performances by The John Cooper School aerialists. The evening boasted a wide range of fundraising activities, including a Big Board, Live Auction, and a raffle for a chance to win $20,000 towards one 2019-2020 tuition at the school.
