Jay Knighton Begins Term as 2020-2021 President of Rotary Club of The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Attorney Jay Knighton of Knighton & Stone, PLLC begins his year-long term this month as the new President of the Rotary Club of The Woodlands.

A native of Corinth, Mississippi, Knighton became the managing partner of Knighton & Stone in November of 2007. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate planning, probate, trusts and business planning and has served as one of the Directors of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce.

The Rotary Club of The Woodlands has been busy during the COVID crisis delivering well over 1,300 meals to doctors, nurses, and first responders in our community. Additionally, it has made cash and other donations to Interfaith of The Woodlands. Its high school Interact Clubs represent some of the largest groups of young leaders supported by Rotary Clubs around the world.

“Our College Park High School’s Interact Club has collected and distributed over 5,000 pounds of food and raised over $2,000 for COVID relief,” said Knighton. “Rotary is engaged in our community and it’s a privilege to be a part of it.”
