HomeGoods, Marshalls to Open in Grand Central Park’s 336 Marketplace
CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park’s 336 MARKETPLACE will welcome the home fashions retailer HomeGoods and a Marshalls department store with grand openings in the regional shopping destination at the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336.
HomeGoods and Marshalls open Thursday, April 5.
The new HomeGoods will present home furnishings, lighting, rugs, wall décor, home accents, gifts and seasonal items while Marshalls will offer brand name and designer finds for fashion, home, lifestyle and beauty. The two will occupy 42,000 square feet of retail space.
336 MARKETPLACE, situated within the Montgomery County master-planned community of Grand Central Park, most recently welcomed the opening of a Ross department store, Kroger Marketplace and Whataburger.
“Feedback from Grand Central Park residents has been very positive,” notes Shannon League, director of marketing for the community of new homes. “They enjoy the convenience of quality shopping right in their neighborhood.”
The planned community by Johnson Development Corp., Grand Central Park offers new luxury patio homes, lifestyle townhomes and larger, single-family homes starting in the $200s.
