Grand Central Park to host Summer Event Series

CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park will host a series of free summertime events, open to the public, when families can enjoy live music, food truck cuisine and games in the community’s open-air Lake House pavilion, a tranquil lakefront setting with ample onsite parking.

Grand Central Nights will debut in the Montgomery County community of new homes on Friday, July 20 with live music, bingo and food truck cuisine available for purchase from 6 to 8 p.m.

Live music and food trucks return with trivia on Friday, August 3 and a family scavenger hunt on Friday, August 17.  Both also are free and open to the public from 6 to 8 p.m.

To reach Grand Central Park’s Lake House, enter the community at Grand Central Parkway at I-45, just south of Loop 336, then turn left at The Grandeur trail system entrance and follow the signs.

The community offers a resident-only trail and pathway system, catch-and-release fishing, breathtaking views of the 88-acre Grand Lake, acres of forested settings, pavilions and green spaces and the new Trillium Park with babbling brook, covered pavilion and picnic tables.  Residents also enjoy recreation events and neighborhood gatherings as organized by a full-time onsite Lifestyle Director.
