Grand Central Park Opens Final Section of West Village Homesites
CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park has delivered its final remaining homesites in its West Village section of new homes, 96 tree-lined properties within walking distance of the community’s new Lake House Amenity Complex, Twilight Park and signature Grand Lake.
Considered to be among the most coveted homesites in Grand Central Park’s first phase of new homes, the wooded, 55-foot properties will feature new homes by Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and David Weekley Homes.
Starting in the $340s, single- and two-story plans by the three acclaimed builders will offer the finest in new home designs, from gourmet island kitchens and open entertaining spaces to luxurious owner’s suites, fun-packed game rooms, wine grottos and private studies. Plans from 2,200 – 3,400 square feet also offer multiple flex space options, bonus rooms and the latest in energy efficiencies.
