Grand Central Park to host Fit & Fun Fair with Goat Yoga, Zumba and More

CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park will host the debut of its Fit & Fun Fair, a day of free fitness classes, health screenings, kids activities, health experts, games and prizes on Saturday, September 15 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the community’s open-air Lake House setting.

The day of family fun and fitness features free Goat Yoga classes by Goat Yoga Houston at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., Zumba at 11:30 a.m. and a Boot Camp presented by F45 Training at 12:30 p.m.  Individuals must pre-register for the free fitness classes at GrandCentralParkTX.com. Class space is limited.

Activities at Grand Central Park’s Fit & Fun Fair will include health screenings, guest speakers, live DJ and food truck cuisine available for purchase.

Plus, families can pick up free information at vendor booths staffed by Conroe Wellness Aesthetics, Hand & Stone Spa, Ideal Dental, Houston Methodist Hospital, Robard’s Pharmacy, Texas Children’s Hospital and others.

To reach Grand Central Park’s Lake House, enter the community at Grand Central Parkway on I-45 South just south of Loop 336, then turn left at The Grandeur trail system entrance and follow the signs.  Ample, free onsite parking is available.
