Conroe Connection Transit Requests Feedback on Fixed Route & ADA Services

By  |

CONROE, TX – Conroe Connection Transit has created a survey to get feedback from fixed route and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service riders, available online until August 16. Conroe Connection Transit will use the information received from riders to improve the quality of the transit service. There are separate surveys for each service.

The fixed route survey is available from the bus driver and posted inside the bus. Passengers who complete and submit their survey to the bus driver will receive one (1) free ride pass. Free ride passes are limited to one (1) per rider. Fixed route riders may also complete the survey online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/DRTJ7JS.

The ADA paratransit survey is also available from the bus driver and posted inside the bus. Like the fixed route survey, ADA paratransit riders who complete and submit their surveys to the bus driver will receive one (1) free ride pass and the passes are also limited to one (1) per rider. The ADA paratransit survey is also available online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/DRTJ7JS.

Both surveys will provide valuable feedback to Conroe Connection Transit. The surveys ask riders about their access to the service, usage, satisfaction with the existing service, improvements desired, and demographics.
