All Hallows Eve at the Texas Renaissance Festival

By  |

On Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28 festival patrons gathered round the lanes of New Market Village for All Hallows Eve weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival, presented by Coca Cola.

Ghouls and goblins enjoyed two full days of trick-or-treating at more than 400 participating shoppes that line the 16th century village. The first 1,000 festival patrons through the gates received a Texas Renaissance Festival and TopDog Halloween Stores bag to fill with candy during their adventure.

Watch what happened when our crew visited the nation’s largest and most acclaimed Renaissance themed event!

Established in 1974, the Texas Renaissance Festival attracts over half a million visitors each year to its 55-acre recreation of a 16th Century European village. This immersive experience features world renowned live entertainment, works by master artists and craftspeople, award winning food and drink, hand-powered rides and games, and over 100 interactive characters during its nine themed weekends from September 29 through November 25, 2018.

The festival and the adjacent Fields of New Market Campground are located in Todd Mission, Texas 50 miles northwest of downtown Houston.
