5th Annual Cards & Cocktails Set for Sept. 6
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Challenge your friends, family and neighbors to a fun night of gaming activities at Cards and Cocktails on Thursday, September 6 from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at The Woodlands Country Club, located at 100 Grand Fairway, The Woodlands, TX 77381.
Hosted by The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, this casino-themed event invites guests to enjoy games like blackjack, craps, roulette and a poker tournament with top business leaders in the greater Houston region.
“Cards and Cocktails is always entertaining and is for all levels of players. From 6 – 6:30 p.m., novice players will have the opportunity to participate in a Poker 101 lesson during cocktail hour,” Meagen Korenek, director of special events, said. “It’s a fun way for companies to get exposure for their businesses as well.”
Tickets are available at www.cardsandcocktails.com and include games, two drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres. A Poker Player Pass is $75, and an Event Pass is $45 which is valid toward the other casino games. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets at the event to win the grand prize of two first-class United Airline tickets among others.
