True Food Kitchen to open Summer 2018 in Market Street

THE WOODLANDS, TX (October 23, 2017) – True Food Kitchen, a full service restaurant serving health-driven, seasonal fare and handcrafted cocktails, is set to open at Market Street in summer, 2018. The new restaurant will be located next to Grotto.

The highly acclaimed True Food Kitchen merges nutrient-rich ingredients with a seasonal menu that rotates regularly to let guests experience ingredients at the peak of their freshness and flavor.  In addition to its healthful bowls, pizzas, seasonal salads and antioxidant-packed desserts are signature dishes including the Ancient Grains Bowl, Inside Out Quinoa Burger, Shiitake Lettuce Cups and the Lasagna Bolognese, among others.

Open daily for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, True Food also offers a variety of gluten-free, organic, vegetarian and vegan offerings.

Little ones in tow? True Food Kitchen offers healthful options for kids such as a grass-fed burger; chicken teriyaki bowl; almond butter, banana and apple sandwich; mozzarella and organic tomato pizza and more.

True Food Kitchen’s scratch bar offers a selection of wine, local beers and seasonal cocktails crafted with fresh-pressed fruit and vegetable juices paired with organic spirits.

The restaurant design at Market Street will include natural woods and locally inspired vibrant artwork to add a contemporary touch to the restaurant’s natural elements and greenery. The restaurant will feature the brand’s signature open kitchen to bring guests closer to its culinary craft.

The Market Street location is the second True Food Kitchen to open in the greater Houston area; the first opened in 2014 at BLVD Place near the intersection of Post Oak and San Felipe.
