MCABW Fashion Show Raises Funds for Local Scholarships
The 3rd annual Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) Foundation scholarship fundraiser called “This Is How We Roll” was held on the evening of Thursday, April 6th at Volkswagen of the Woodlands. The MCABW Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 and is focused on fundraising to give back to the community of Montgomery County.
The event featured a spectacular Fashion Show by Diva Boutique and included members of the community and MCABW. Watch as Hello Woodlands shared a LIVE Broadcast of the Fashion Show:
The fundraiser also included a Silent Auction, $1,000 Shopping Spree raffle, and even a chance to win a VW Beetle Convertible. All proceeds from the event went towards college scholarships for qualifying senior girls from Montgomery County High Schools. Last year, the fundraising event raised enough money to award 12 scholarships to Montgomery County female high school graduates.
