Residents sweat it out on St. Patrick’s Day weekend

On Saturday, March 28th The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce held a Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo, a free public event on the lawn in Market Street, The Woodlands.

The event featured free fitness classes that began on the hour free of charge from 9 am to 4 pm. Attendees visited booths surrounding the lawn where residents could interact with local healthcare and wellness related businesses offering services available to all Montgomery County residents.

Free classes were provided by Bethany Hope Fitness, Home of Athletic Republic – AR FIT, World Class Tae Kwon Do, VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, Gold’s Gym – The Woodlands/Magnolia, YogaOne Studios The Woodlands, LLC, Legends Sports Complex, and The Zoo Health Club.
