Concert In The Park Returns To Northshore Park This Spring

Great for the whole family, The Woodlands Township 2017 Spring Concert In The Park music series begins April 23, 2017, at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive, 77381. Enjoy live music on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., April 23, 2017, through May 21, 2017. Admission is free. Blankets, lawn chairs, pets and coolers are permitted.

A variety of musical acts are included in the lineup:

• April 23 – Grey Vinyl (Classic Rock)
• April 30 – Russell Boyd (Variety Piano)
• May 7 – Nightbird (Fleetwood Mac)
• May 14 – Fab 5 (60s Tribute Show)
• May 21 – Treyn Wrek (Blues/Rock)

Three of the concerts include interactive events, which may have limited on-site supplies and spaces. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, and visit the Township tent for details. Each event is appropriate for all ages:

Earth Day Celebration, April 23, 2017 — Celebrate Earth Day by pledging to choose one thing you can do to make a difference! Receive a free T-shirt for completing and signing your pledge. Children’s activities and educational booths will be available.

Sixth Annual Sand Castle Building Contest, May 14, 2017 — Bring your shovels, we’ll bring the sand!

Summer Camp and Pool Informational Fair, May 21, 2017 — Bring the kids out for fun and games, and get information on Township summer camps and pools!
