Blo The Woodlands Re-Opens in Hughes Landing

For nearly 3 years Blo, a Blow Dry Bar, made its home on Waterway Avenue and provided stylish hair-dos to local residents – but without the cut or color. Blo has been “making catwalk-quality blowouts accessible worldwide” and co-owners Katie Holditch and Melissa Ranieri decided it was high time to bring these fabulous services to The Woodlands.

Holditch and Ranieri made the decision earlier this year to move their successful business to the newly developed Hughes Landing area. Luckily for residents the new space is only about a mile from their previous residence. The two businesswomen will also be opening a new location in Montrose later this month.

Clients, friends, family and the community came together for the grand re-opening.

To celebrate, a Grand Re-Opening party was held on Friday, September 23rd from 2pm to 6pm and invited the community to view and enjoy Blo’s new space. And OH! It is absolutely stunning!

Lush white chairs, sleek stainless steel and pops of pink, welcome to the world of Blo! These ladies truly out-did themselves and we aren’t complaining. Hello gorgeous!

During the celebration, guests enjoyed $30 dollar blo outs, decadent delights by America’s, sweet treats from Queen’s Cookery, live music by DJ FG3 from Raise Tha Roof Entertainment, and complimentary bubbly. The community, clients, friends, and family came together to party and participate in the first transformations at Blo.

Cake pops made by Queen Cookery were loved by all at the party and complimented glasses of bubbly.

Clients are able to walk-in or book online, and their expertly trained Bloers (aka stylists) are ready to offer hair and makeup packages.
