27th Annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival & Ticket Giveaway

The 27th Annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival is returning to downtown Conroe, Texas on October 14-16, 2016! The family-friendly event features non-stop live Cajun and Texas music with local, regional and national performers on three stages all weekend long.

…and don’t forget the food! The food court and vendors will offer festival and Cajun favorites such as catfish, boudain, gator, etouffe, jambalaya, crawfish pie, and more. The festival also includes arts & crafts vendors, a professional carnival, assorted community and educational exhibits, an annual Catfish Pageant and a KidZone area on Saturday with activities for children and a special performance stage featuring local dance teams, community groups and entertainers.

Attendees will receive $1.00 off any single day ticket to the festival that bring two or more canned goods to any of the entry gates. All donations of canned goods will benefit the Montgomery County Food Bank.

Tickets are available online at ConroeCajunCatfishFestival.com and at the entry gates throughout the duration of the festival. Admission for children 12 and under is free. Entry to the Kid Zone is free. Admission to the Carnival area is free on Friday, but a festival ticket will be required on Saturday and Sunday.

To visit the festival, take I-45 to exit 87A (Hwy. 105/Lake Conroe Parkway) in Conroe. Turn east on Hwy. 105/Davis Street and follow it until you see the festival grounds on the right. A free shuttle service will be available and operating from the Target parking lot on the southwest corner of the intersection of I-45 North and Hwy 105 West.

The Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival is a cultural program of the Friends of Conroe, Inc., a non-profit community organization dedicated to furthering the common welfare and well-being of the city of Conroe, Texas.
